1. Acceptance of Terms

1. Submissions

By submitting any material (including but not limited to videos, images, and text) to the Service, you grant GetVideo Production Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such material in any media. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your material does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

1. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

1. Upload, post, or transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
2. Impersonate any person or entity, including but not limited to a GetVideo Production Studio employee, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
3. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any material transmitted through the Service;
4. Upload, post, or transmit any material that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
5. Upload, post, or transmit any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;
6. Upload, post, or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

1. Limitation of Liability

GetVideo Production Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GetVideo Production Studio harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

GetVideo Production Studio may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, without notice, effective immediately.
